Jan 5 2011, I went to Wuxi visiting one of Jeans factory Sunfree - Dongheng. Mr. chu who is the boss of Sunfree, which is trading company in Changzhou, Jiangsu province, very hospitality invited us to go to Kumsan for dinner, and shown us the 正宗陽澄湖的大閘蟹.
The original way to taste the crab would be male and female together, first is male and then female, that is wonderful !
